- Automate mainframe application (3270 emulator) using client developed framework.
- In order to support and provide best service to customer, bank assigns a relationship manager to each. Customer Information System will receive frequent request to validate it, each request, approximately 1500 records and each of them would take at least 2 mins to check manually.
- This manual process has been automated successfully using Java Selenium, TestNG with Client developed framework.
- To prepare the validation supporting document for SIT/UAT approval, mainframe screenshots taken as evidence. Along with existing client developed framework, we have added code through which we can able to capture screenshots and place it in word document.
- Integrate test cases in ALM by creating Test Plan and then import them into Test Lab. Each test case will have unique Test Instance ID. Once the execution is completed, a word document containing required screenshot and html report would be attached to the Test Instance ID in Test Lab automatically.
