a. Review of “Request for Quotation”, technical and commercial specifications from customer.
b. Studying Customer specifications technically and commercially, thereby understanding the scope of the project and quote the project within the estimated time, cost, and specified quality.
c. Understand the requirement of Intercompany (Knife Gate valves, butterfly valve, ball valves, and various types of manual, actuated valves) for Bray Australian Region Project RFQ's and prepare technical quotations for engineered and legacy product and support them on any other urgent RFQ's or shipment related matters.
d. Prepare Techno-commercial Proposal for all types of valves and products to Bray Inter-companies and End customers in Australia as per policy.
e. Conduct Contract Review Meeting (CRM) for Project orders with all the stake holders to ensure customer order requirements are accurately and completely input to order processing and manufacturing systems.
f. Collaborate with costing team, planning team and procurement team to update the missing cost in LN system.
g. Responsible for submitting and getting approval of all necessary technical documents from customers.
h. Handling Change Order Management through Bray BD application and to submit Techno-Commercial quote to customer and to streamline the necessary changes with internal teams.
i. Determining the Critical path and prepare Mitigation plans to meet delivery requirements.
j. Working closely with Engineering, planning team and Supply chain team to ensure production as per Customer requirement.
k. Coordinate with Logistics and Tracking for Shipment release note to effect shipment as per Incoterms and ensure timely delivery of the Final Goods.
l. Ensure that MRO invoicing is completed as per contractual agreements and as per PO incoterms.
