- To supervise and co-ordinate daily operation
- Consistent check of food quality and presentation
- Teamwork/Relations with co-workers and management
- Staff training and development along with department meeting being held monthly
- Responsible for weekly schedules, schedule staff as necessary to ensure adequate and consistent level of service
- Responsible for resolving staff and guest concerns quickly and efficiently
- To encourage employees to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognising them for their contribution to the success of the operation
- Consistently involved in Training of associates and appraisal performance for the associates.
