• 7 environments basis.
• Handling customer queries & resolve their concern related to their Ciena 6500 WDM products.
• Working on Ciena WDM products of Ciena 6500 – D2, D7, D14, S14, S32, RLS & eMOTR solution.
• Provide RCA & solutions on the tickets raised related to their Ciena WDM network issue.
• Working on Ciena NMS to perform network-related activities. i.e., software up-gradation, link commissioning, link up-gradation, OLA to FOADM-ROADM, etc.
• Preparing and sharing weekly & monthly team performance reports with management.
• Coordinate with customer & Ciena internal team for escalations, solution, RCA, and problem management cases.

• Solution/support to NMS engineers for new implementation of 10G 100G & 200G links.
• Communications with the Vodafone SQ team and Huawei TAC team for the final handover of the new implemented box in Vodafone networks.
• Communicates with Vodafone & IDEA planning team and supports our NMS team for implementing new lambda addition activities and ECI to Huawei traffic shifting activities.

• Worked on Bharti-Airtel Network Manage Service project, L1 engineer in TX-Fault team.
• Worked on Huawei U2000_NMS and ECI NMS and handled network-level & equipment level fault tickets which were escalated by the L1 team and resolved the same.
• Handled and troubleshot E1, EOSDH, Ethernet (L1/L2), and P2P link faults.
• Coordinating with the vendor to find the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the issue and sharing the reason for the outage with the client (RFO).
• Worked on ECI Optical equipment BG-20, BG-30, BG-40, BG-64, XDM-100, XDM-1000/2000.
