Work description

  • 17 years of total experience in the field of operating truck mounted, RT Mobile Cranes and Reach Stacker (KATO-up to 70 tones, TADANO-up to 110 tones, GROVE 220 tons, XCMG 25-100 tons, KONE CRANES RS SMV 4531 TB5 & SMV 4531 TC5 )
  • Experience in determining crane type and its capacity
  • Knowledgeable about onshore and offshore requirements, workplace hazards, priorities,emergency Procedures and Rules.
  • Experience in inspecting all lifting gear to be used
  • Experience in working as Foreman/Supervisor for Rig move activities that includes supervisio of crew, spotting loads, loading and unloading activity.
  • As a team leader, ensure that all Rig, Camp moves and field activities are carried out safely, within prescribed time frame, in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with the Scheduling department, ROP, Tool Pusher, Crew Foreman and workers a necessary, to ensure sufficient ‘fit for purpose’ resources are available prior to starting the job.This includes inspecting all slings shackles n and winch lines prior to any operation and filing areport on the crew’s operational readiness to the Field Superintendent.
  • Knowledgeable about safe use of all lifting gear, correct revving practices, correct angle factors.

  • Expert in calculate area, calculate volume, use other means of establishing load mass(i.e. manufacturer).
