ð Manage the entire Property including PDI, Snags recording and ensuring de- snagging, and handing over of assets to RWA at Embassy residency, Chennai, RainTree Boulevard, Bangalore including physical and documentary handover.
ð Maintain an effective command over all services housekeeping, security, technical, pest control, fire and safety management with overseeing and managing nearly 200 personnel working towards the same including onboarding, training and performance monitoring.

ð Regular conduct of Fire and evacuation drills with all concerned agencies involved.
