• My   major responsibility was to assist the modelling team in creating a complex   Tableau dashboard to demonstrate the modelling features for the macro   economic data.

• Created   complex codes in Tableau for various visualization including data for 11   countries and more than 20 macro-economic data drivers.

• Assisted   meddling team in preparing the data using SQL for an Arimax model on Macro   economic factors like GDP, Consumer Confidence Index, House hold savings,   real disposable incomes, Unemployment rate to forecast the growth rate for   retail sector in eleven countries, using Oxford economics data.

3.Project : Man Power and Resources (MPR) Analytics

Project Description:

This project was about the Human Resource data of client. The employee level data was received in different files and the major task was to design a dashboard for the HR team of client with Promotions, Attrition and New joiner trends in various verticals .  The output of this project would fed into Tableau server to share with the wider team of client. Our job was to design the dashboard from scratch and then once its in production phase it will be handed over to the support team for data refresh every month.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Extracting data from Flat files and Excel Files
• Design and creating SQL server tables to be used as Tableau source directly.
• Investigating missing data and data anomalies in source data after importing.
• Understanding the functional aspects of data and then generating the logic to get the required output.
• Import the processed data in the Tableau dashboard.
• Design various graphs like line visualization, heat maps, water fall etc, filters and trends in the dashboard for Promotions, Attrition and New joiner
