Conducting consultations and examinations of patients. Accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and prescription of medication.

Follow-up visits and monitoring the progress of elderly patients.

Providing necessary medical advice and counselling.

MANAGEMENT OF INPATIENT SERVICES:

Admitting and monitoring patients requiring hospitalisation.

Conducting rounds, assessing patients, and adjusting treatment plans.

Coordinating with the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. Ensuring appropriate documentation and medical record maintenance.

OUT PATIENT CLINICAL OPERATIONS:

Overseeing the functioning of the outpatient clinic. Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. Conducting specialized procedures and treatments. Ensuring accurate maintenance of medical records.

• Good command over handling the medical equipments
• Good knowledge of clinical practices and protocols
• Good command over procedures in Panchakarma treatment
• Knowledge on Pathya and Apathyas in Ayurveda
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Periodically consulting the patients and observing their improvements and making reports

*Deliver compassionate and empathetic treatment to 15+ patients per day, analyze lab tests and blood work to identify abnormalities, monitor blood pressure, and prescribe medication to treat chronic and non-life threatening illnesses

• Develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of medical conditions and diseases and ensure alignment with physical, cultural, and emotional needs
• Develop ideal treatment plans to address non-threatening conditions, such as common colds, cases of flu, ear infections, and allergies

* Diagnose and treat patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, and chronic diseases and conditions, like hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes
