• Responsible for managing projects with MV drives and system orders with MV drives and MV motors from inception to commissioning & handover

• Manage small team of technical engineers

• Leading all project related communication with external and internal stake holders

• Accountable for the project budget cost control and ontime cash receivables

• Owns and manages project scope and associated changes

• Motivating team and ensuring that team deliverables are ontime

• Identifying risk and formulates mitigation plan as a continuous activity starts from inception stage

• Addressing customer site quality issues and addresses to factory team and ensuring client complaint is resolved

• Vendor management with SCM team for bought out components

• Close coordination with client ensuring On Time Despatch of the project and revenue recognition as per plan

• Identifying opportunities to improve the project margin along with internal stake holders as continuous process.

• Ensuring ontime deputation of commissioning engineers to site and work is completed with in the specified cost budget allotted to site.

• Project HSE management

• Responsible for Project Management of Synchronous motor business unit for Indian Irrigation Market
• Attending the contract closure meetings with customers along with front end sales team
• Acting as single point contact for customer & factory from date of award of contract till commissioning
• Organizing Kick off meeting with internal stake holders post contract closure
• Creation of work break down structure for each project in SAP platform
• Technical and commercial definition of project in internal softwares
• Defining the internal team for the execution
• Finalization of budget with expected profitability for each project in coordination with costing team

• Continuous monitoring of project expenditure v/s budjet
• Involved in all the supplier finalization from critical bough outs to logistics in coordination with supply chain management team
• Involved in defining the preliminary site activities for the projects
• Tracking progress of the projects and sending the progress reports to customer in MS Projects format
• Organizing final testing of the machines and ensuring the tests are performed as per approved documents
• Maintaining the project folders updated as per the internal standard formats
• Arranging customer satisfaction surveys post-dispatch and post commissioning

• Work with quality team to address feedbacks where we need improvement to arrest the repeatability
