- Bulk tablets / capsule inspection system: Challenges: Getting reflection from the stainless- steel vibrator plate, hence unable to globally threshold the image properly
- Resolved by providing more flexibility to the lighting system
- Track and trace machines: Challenges: Achieve higher throughput (PPM), Larger working distance (>1.5 mtr) and FOV with lesser distortions
- Resolved by selecting proper combination of camera, lens and the lights
- Non-pharma projects: Developed film inspection system - Achieved uniform illumination across the FOV which was crucial for the inspection
- Spot detection in a translucent film
- Level inspection system - To inspect the fill level in bottles filled with translucent gels
- Bottle Cap / lock inspection system.
