Description about the project: T2-Support Team is responsible for overall health of all applications. The team is newly built and QA activities includes – Regression Testing, Daily Health check Testing and Pre and Post Release testing of around 110 in scope applications.

Employee Model program is introduced for Employee Advisors where they get rebate during Advisory Billing.

Premium Advisor program enables advisors to receive special advantages and they are charged with a fee for the premium services.

Affiliation Model deals with billing of those advisors for different Fees/Charges and benefits.

Description about the project:Client On boarding - Bulk Upload is a system which allows financial advisors or back office users to load multiple client data together. This system helps much when an advisor is joining the firm from other firm with his/her client profile. The client data is loaded and Bulk Upload system sends request for additional paper work (Uploading LPL specific forms) which is called as Re-Papering.

Description about the project:There are 3 applications for Capturing and storing documents as Image and index the information from the document and store in DB.

The 3 applications are – CAPTIVA, IDOC and DOCUMENTUM. CAPTIVA and DOCUMENTUM are tools developed by EMC2. IDOC is the application where advisors for LPL Financial stores documents. The application manages documents along with the metadata or information for each document. I has both web and Mobile version

There are multiple projects for these applications. Some of the projects are handled in Agile and some are in waterfall model.

Description about the project:Aetna has functionality customized for mobile. The Aetna- Mobile allows a member to perform certain activities through mobile. The existing functionalities were Managing Claims, Coverage, Benefits, Health info, Viewing and ID card. These applications are built through Kony.

The Application is being launched in Mobile Web (for Native browsers) and Mobile App (can be downloaded and installed). So thorough testing is performed in both platforms to ensure the technical and business needs. Mobile devices used are Android; I phone (IOS) and Blackberry.

Project Title: SIT Member - IMI

Description about the project:The IMI or Individual Master Index is a system to individualize members enrolled via different or same systems. The same member enrolled for health insurance coverage through different systems or different customers are identified as a single entity. If the same member is also introduced to DB with some different details, IMI has the ability to individualize the member, i.e. to make them as a single member and vice versa.

The scope of the project is to perform System Testing for quarterly Releases of SRs (System Request) and Quarterly Projects. SRs are introduced for some changes of the IMI system to handle deferred defects or modification of Services. Projects are introduced for new Services and enhancement.

As a member of System Testing Team, our responsibility is to perform complete Testing procedure which starts with Requirement Analysis and includes Test Strategy Preparation, Test Plan Preparation, Scripting, Test Execution, Test Result Analysis and Deployment Support.

Also automated the navigation of Online Interface of IMI application, Clerical Tool using Rumba Script and VB Script.

Project Title: Contract Migration

Client: WellPoint

Description about the project:Present WPD system adjudication requires manual intervention, the conditions are presented to the analyst and the potential BAGs are configured and displayed for selection. Auto bagging uses the new eWPD database to make adjudication an automated process, requiring limited manual intervention. Present adjudication system is based on Legacy System this is a strategic decision to migrate from Legacy to ETS – Auto bagging System.

A number of Colorado and Nevada contracts are migrated till Nov 2009. In Phase II some California contracts were chosen for Migration. From July 2010, a next set of Colorado and Nevada contracts are to be migrated. The mainframe team is responsible for setting up the contracts in Mainframe system.

Also various no of reports are generated to deliver to clients. Code fixes and enhancements for small system changes are also done.

Before migration Functional-Testing is performed to test the new systems functionalities. Also after small system changes, system testing is performed.
