· Developed a short course, "Learning Basics of Multi-Media Production for Education," for educators to perform interactive learning on the I.T.C. platform to prevent students from learning chaotically during lockdown related to possible pandemics.

· An edge-sharp program description led me to create a "Diploma in Directing and Script Writing" that emphasizes workshops led by industry veterans. Discussions with the international production company, local stakeholders, and the school's head of school concerning tertiary teaching and practical techniques.

• Continue to oversee the development and execution of numerous study programs (often for entirely new courses) at various levels and the design and development of the overall curriculum.
• Created a comprehensive quality assurance structure for the College, which included course validation, revalidation, and student assessment.
• In charge of overseeing student presentations.
• Undertaken all other duties as directed by the H.O.D., Head of School, Dean, AD.

Key Projects 2019-2021

• Selected as a member of the Film Forum Panel sponsored and organized by Film Fiji.

• Negotiated with the overseas production houses for the student's attachment in the various department of the professional film production, which help them a great help to working them the professional filmmakers, thus enabling us to create a great industrial workforce for the Film & Tv industry in Fiji.

• Wrote thirteen episodes for "Spice Of Life" season-2
• Wrote a script Titled "Darling- Darling" based on George Bernard Shaw's "Pygmalion".
• Participated as the Chief Judge for the S.C.C.L. Students Drama Competition.
• I have participated as the Judge for a local Singing competition titled "Sur Sangharsh" season- Two.
• Wrote a comedy script (Multilingual) titled "Land Lady" based on Fiji's multilingual culture.
• Wrote a full-length feature film script titled "Two Thiefs" based on William Shakespeare's "Comedy of errors".
• Wrote a script based on human and drug trafficking teenage pregnancy in Fiji titled "Double crosser".

Key projects in 2015

• On-demand from the local Industry developed a short course " Certificate of attainment in Film and Television Production" for the industry people.
• Written and directed seven episodes for a multilingual T.V. series titled 'Spice of Life," Sponsored and produced by FNU in collaboration with local producer "Amol Lal Production," which was broadcasted by FBC TV in November 2015 and was highly appreciated by the local viewers.
• The cast and crew of the T.V. series comprised FNU graduates and the students of the 2015 batch who got hands-on experience in film production through this process.
• This first local T.V. series was produced and broadcasted, thus establishing the Fiji T.V. industry's foundations.
• This initiative has contributed to the student registrations in the 2016 and 2017 academic years giving the university's marketing efforts a significant boost.

• Wrote 11 scripts for local television channels to broadcast.
• I have participated in two movies of Indian cinema as a consultant. The F.T.V. department students participated as attache as special projects and a documentary on the Discovery channel.

• In 2010, I Joined FNU was and promoted to the post of A/HOD within a year of joining.
• Over 90% of the students have been successfully placed in the Industry under my mentoring in the last five years.
• Participated as a judge for a local Singing competition titled "Sur Sangharsh."
• Student graduation profile is hundred percent employment, each year.
• Liaised with Film Fiji for the students attachment with overseas production house.

• Gave the production and post-production crew (Film & T.V.) technical parameters to follow and supervised their work.
• Movies worked on - Page3, Golmaal, No Entry, Wanted, etc
• Creative direction- constant supervision and assistance to the creative team.
• Trained and conducted regular workshops for the Scriptwriters, Editors, Cameramen, and Sound Recordists (in-house and Industry) using the most up-to-date modern techniques.
• Led regular meetings with team leaders and front-line staff to convey important operational information and new targets.

1972-1988 - Supervised as technical advisor, production manager, casting director, and sound designer, I worked with notable filmmakers such as Mr. Satyajit Roy (ShatRang Ke Khiladi), Basu Chatterji (Khatta Meetha), and Devanand (Pyaar Ka Tarana). Ramanand Sagar (Charas), Mr. Shyam Benegal, and Hrishikesh Mukherjee are just a few of the notable names.

1988- 1994 -Director of Post-production, Scriptwriter, Director (T.V. Serials), and Sound Designer for Cineye films, a production house for Hindi Feature films and T.V. Serials, and a provider of shooting solutions for international producers. Directed numerous television serials for Doordarshan (India), oversaw numerous Hindi films and gave technical help to numerous international filmmakers.

2001- 2006- Creative and technical consultant (post-production) for Sidhant Cinevision. Behind the scene, a T.V. Production house produces T.V. Serials for ZEE and SONY Television channel Door Darshan and Film Farm T.V. Production house makes serials (Uttarn) For COLOR Channel.
