🔹 Levvia CarryForward Automation

• Automated ingestion and filtering of large datasets (3L+ rows) from Excel files and pushed processed records to SQL DB.
• Utilized Orchestrator Assets and Queues to manage data flow and orchestrate downstream bots.
• Ensured compliance with hourly SLAs using robust exception handling and proactive alerting.

🔹 DDR (Due Date Reminder) Bot

• Created a bot to fetch due tickets from SQL, merge them by client, and format them into HTML emails, with conditional coloring.
• Used Orchestrator Queues, Assets, and Scheduling for modular, rule-based executions.

🔹 Secure Document Processing with PowerShell

• Wrote and invoked PowerShell scripts in UiPath to process 1000+ files, enabling Excel macros, locking documents, and disabling pop-ups.
• Automated security configurations and ensured compliance with document control policies.

🔹 Power Automate Flow – Internal Cleanup Bot

• Built a Power Automate flow to delete unused SharePoint files and records.
• Integrated Orchestrator logs via API to filter outdated items.

Sent real-time alerts and reports to Microsoft Teams channels for operational transparency.

• Automated invoice processing between Salesforce, UiPath Action Center, and Oracle ERP.
• Developed ETL transformation flows to cleanse and transfer financial data for reporting.
• Streamlined period opening by automating workflows between MySQL Server and Oracle.
