- Establishing Project Progress Measurement procedure in accordance with the Scope of Work and key milestones.
- Updating Project Schedule in Primavera and analyse the progress gap.
- Follow-up with Client for the receipt of timely inputs and coordinating with Classification Society for the close-out of comments.
- Defining KPI’s for the project, discussing Productivity and manhours spent on the project with Lead Engineers.
- Preparation of Monthly, Weekly Progress Reports and MIS Reports.
- Generating Project S-curve, Cash flow curve, Look Ahead Schedule and Man power histogram.
- Organising weekly project review meetings and highlights the area of concern.
- Assist PM in raising the Change /Variation Orders in case of any design changes from Client.
- Follow-up with Client on approval on Milestone Completion, Progress claims for monthly invoicing.
- Mentoring Document Controllers and Assistant Project Engineers on project related activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of Schedule and manhour estimation for project proposals.
