To develop a strong control mechanism of travel and expense processing by conducting regular process reviews and take complete ownership of the processes, identify gaps, and help the team to fix it proactively. Take active participation in Transitions and projects that are assigned to self and the team members. Sharing process improvement ideas & support team members in completing value added projects. To develop strong training plan for new joiners & ensure to provide/facilitate buddy trainings, cross trainings, process updates and back up creating plan. Providing data for all reporting requirements – Metrics, Dashboards, Customer visit templates etc.
