· Conducting systematic testing of ADAS features in controlled environments, as well as real-world driving scenarios, to validate functionality, performance, and robustness.

· Daily process learning on springs technicality with shop floor in-charge, production head and product development head.

• Conducted quality assurance tests on existing and upcoming products.

· Preparing and developing low-cost investment casting using POP.

· R&D and preparing Greensand mixture, Patterns, Mould and internal structures.

· R&D on investment casting and producing product up to 2mm thickness shell.

· Studying and Development of low-cost Crucible, Furnace and Foundry setup.

· Prepare and maintain complete project reports.

· R&D over lost wax and lost PLA casting and production.
