Project: IOT-FND (Cisco)

The Cisco IoT FND is a network management system that manages multi-service network and security infrastructure for IoT applications such as smart grid applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead QA team, assess project milestones and test planning, provide technical support and mentoring to team and conduct weekly calls to track and complete the assigned activities within committed deadlines
• Bring up test setups - physical, virtual setups using vSphere ESXi servers and docker containers
• Analyse functional specs, create testplans, manual and automation testing for new features
• Smoke and security testing for new daily builds
• Scale and Performance testing for each release
• FCAPS testing, creating application servers from bare metal and oracle/postgres db installation
• Manual regression and automated regression testing for each releases
• Develop automation scripts using python and selenium with Cisco pyATS framework
• Raise defects in testing features and Verify bug fixes
• Reproduce customer issues and covering test gaps through automation scripts.
• Review peer testplan, testscripts and product documentation
• Provide demo for new features and scale/performance testing results at the end of the sprint/release

Project: J-WEB (Juniper Networks)

J-Web for SRX routers (firewall and security services gateway) provides on the box GUI management tool that makes it easy to configure, monitor, and maintain and troubleshoot SRX device without using router CLI

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Bring up test setup - physical and virtual using VSRX using vSphere ESXi servers
• Analysing functional specification documents, create testplans, perform manual and automation testing for new features across all SRX models and browsers
• Develop automation scripts using selenium, ROBOT framework and python
• Perform vulnerability testing using burp suite scanner tool
• Raisse bugs in testing features and Verifying bug fixes
• Reproducing customer issues and covering test gaps through automation scripts
• Regression testing for quarterly releases and maintenance releases
• Review product documentation and provide feedback to technical publications team
• Mentoring junior team members on technical concepts and troubleshooting issues

Project: Ringmaster (Juniper Networks)

Ring Master is a management suite that helps enterprises plan, configure, deploy, and manage WLANs (controller, APs, clients) from a single management console

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manual testing, reproducing customer issues, raising defects and verifying bug fixes
• Regression testing for maintenance releases

Project: CDS-TV (Cisco)

The Cisco TV Content Delivery System (CDS) is a distributed network of CDE running Content Delivery Applications providing ingest, storage, caching, streaming capabilities that collaborate with each other to deliver personalized entertainment and interactive media to subscribers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Testplan and test setup creation
• Manual and automation testing with TCL, selenium
• Reproducing customer issues and defect verifications

The Cisco Unified Wireless Network solution offers secure, scalable, cost-effective wireless LANs. This solution combines wired and wireless networking to deliver high performance, manageable, and secure WLANs with a low total cost of ownership.
