Project #1: Manual and Automation Testing of E-Learning Application
Description:
Assess App is a comprehensive, cloud-based digital assessment platform designed to streamline the entire assessment process for educational institutions. It consolidates various assessment tools into a single platform, eliminating the need for multiple fragmented systems. Key integrated modules include iAuthor, iExam, iLog, iAdmin, and iReports.
Clients: Colleges and universities across Australia and New Zealand

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Verified application functionality against business requirements and system goals to ensure user needs were met and issues identified early.
• Analyzed user stories based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Created detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Executed end-to-end test scenarios manually.
• Evaluated formal test results and reported any defects.
• Participated in testing processes following the Waterfall Model.

Description:
Tested a hospitality-focused mobile application based in Dublin, Ireland, which manages work shifts for both part-time and full-time employees.

• Understood application requirements and core functionalities.
• Identified suitable scenarios for automation.
• Developed automated test scripts in Selenium based on user stories tracked in JIRA.
• Set up Maven projects to handle dependencies for Appium and Cucumber JUnit.
• Executed and debugged test cases.
• Conducted Smoke, Sanity, and Regression testing during each new release cycle and analyzed failures.
• Identified, logged, and managed bugs in JIRA.

• Developed Selenium-based automated test scripts from scratch for defined user stories.
• Built Maven projects to configure dependencies for Selenium and TestNG.
• Created Feature files, Step Definitions, Hooks, Page Object Model (POM), and utility classes using Cucumber with JUnit.
• Executed and debugged test cases.
• Performed Smoke, Sanity, and Regression testing during release cycles and analyzed results.
