- Check and review EPC Contractor's Documents such as design drawings, manuals, schedule and associated documents for Start-up, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.
- Technical review for the dispatch clearance of various supplies, Material Receiving Inspections, review of manufacturer's Test certificates.
- Erection and installation quality checking by suitable Walkdowns and generation of Punch points. Attending and resolving the technical matters / issues related to erection and inspections. Approval of the Erected systems.

- Project progress vis-à-vis the EPC Schedule, monitor and give feedback to management regarding the recovery/catchup plan in case of delays. Monitor the Contract Milestones and give inputs to management.
