Responsible for end to end process creation of Network Complaint capturing , input intelligence ( RF , SDK & Other network Parameters) , Auto identification of RCA ( RCA Engine ) , workflow & resolution.

1. Creating intelligence in complaint capturing using SDK of App, Location & Cell based information

2. Automation of RCA identification - using indigenously developed RCA engine - XNET.

3. Workflow automation on Airtel works - simplifying the complaint resolution journey to the engineers by capturing all important vitals of the customer related to the complaint , RCA & solution.

4. Ensuring SLA, MTTR, Repeat & reopen are met.

5. Having weekly governance calls with circles on the resolution.

Responsible for end to end Core Network Operations of Airtel Karnataka .

Responsible for end to end Integration of Core Network & Operations of a greenfield network of Aircel Andhra Pradesh in Hyderabad.

Includes :

1. Installation & Commissioning of Core Nodes of MSS, MGW, HLR, BSC, RNC, IN

2. Establishment of National & International Roaming of Aircel AP with all domestic & International operators.

3. Maintaining Core KPIs & experience of core.

Handling of Core Network Operations & National Long Distance for Hutch AP .

Responsible for Configuration & Operations of Siemens EWSD Switch for Bharti Airtel Fixed Line services

1. Alarm monitoring, Configuration management, KPI tracking,
