BOE Automations:

Summary: This project is to schedule AO templates on BOE to refresh. It saves refresh time and manual processing time. Also, it delivers report directly to the client post validation.

Role in this project:

  • Project Co-lead coordinating with managers of other teams to drive this project.
  • Identifying the reports which could be a part of this project.
  • Assisting Team members with technical issues and training them on VBA, Power query and Advanced Excel.
  • Coordinating with Admin team to provide accesses to BOE
  • Doing White space analysis of this project in other member firms.

Automations & Efficiencies:

  • Coordinating with different teams to check if there are reports which have manual work and need automation.
  • Built macro that links with SAP to create/modify WBS code structure
  • Built multiple macros like sending email from outlook, consolidating/splitting the data.
  • Used Power Query to consolidate the data from files saved on SharePoint.
