This project is all about implementation of rbi remediation findings for amex India transactions. Below are the achievements during this tenure

• Implemented audit findings from RBI on Amex India transactions

• Developed and architected new framework to replace existing Card authorisation system as these systems are not inside India and RBI is against it.

• Transaction processing is layer in which authorization, clearing, settlement, pricing will happen for transaction originates between acquirer and issuer. In this I worked on authorization part which helps in parsing, validation, normalization of any transaction which goes to issuer from POS/ATM.
• Developed software solutions using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Got award for ramping up the tcs team size from 1 to 33 people
• Led code reviews to enhance code quality maintainability.

• WIRES is a money movement application, where it handles on-US and OFF-US transactions. This application was originally written in dot.net language and to incorporate this application under one-AMEX framework, this was rewritten into JAVA and one amex framework.
• Coordinated stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Managed project timelines, resources, and budgets for various client initiatives.

• ROUTe is compliance oriented tool which ensures Bank is REGo compliant. It holds various insider details and associated accounts and made sure no preferential credits are given which is against compliance of FEDERAL bank.
• Led technology projects aligning with client requirements and business goals.
• Prioritized and planned IT deployments based on resources, deadlines and cross-project dependencies.
• Researched emerging technologies to inform strategic planning initiatives.
• Conducted code reviews to ensure quality standards were met.

• Bonus reversal application is used to deal with loyalty points earned during purchase or spend and application to handle well when there is reversal of the payments.
• Mentored junior developers in coding standards and best practices.

• Merchant Secure is the web-based application, used by merchant's to securely store/retrieve the receipts of the cardholder transactions done at merchant POS which includes the signatures in different formats and maintenance of different users using the application.

• Global Bank Directory is the project for creating collated Database for Bank directory BD and BARD. This BARD which has its own process of making calls to this GBD.

• Pariter is the brain child of BOA and Wells Fargo. This collaborative company is going to be the replacement for today's PEP+ systems.

• This project helps in saving a lot of money that they pay for the Federal Network (FED) for payments that are done between the two.

• This set of tools, which is intranet based solution, is what is called ACHWeb.
