Technical Lead - System Engineering for Twin MCU (Motor Control Unit ) ECU

• Led cross-functional teams in defining and refining STH Requirements and System Requirements for Twin MCU for EV MDT Trucks systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and project objectives.
• Oversaw the design and development of robust System Architectures, optimizing efficiency and scalability for Twin MCU applications.
• Implemented rigorous Safety Requirements, ensuring with ISO26262 compliance with safety protocols and client defined standards across all system feature designs.
• Supported for testing procedures and activities , ensuring comprehensive validation and compliance with stringent performance and 5s safety benchmarks.

• Development and Integration of dSPACE SCALEXIO HIL system using Matlab ,Configuration desk, Control desk ,and Automation desk tools
• Responsible for planning and delivering the HIL validation of BISG and 4 & 3 wheeler Electric Motor Controller unit ECUs
• MIL Validation for integrating to configuration desk tool using Analog and Digital I\O configuration ,CAN Bus configuration ,EMH solutions configuration for EV and Mild hybrid projects
• Maintaining traceability of requirements as per ASPICE in ALM CODEBEMER tool
• Performed Sanity, FUSA and Regression tests on ISGM\BSG ECU modules with respect to software releases and defect bugs created with respect to test cases in CB tool
• Operated under Agile and Scrum frameworks to complete releases every Milestone with well-organized sprints.

• Validate Telematics ECU with different ECUs in System (Engine,Transmission,PEMS ..etc,) on dSpace MRET HIL.
• As per Customer/Dealer request, Configuration files are developed as mentioned in PSR (Product Status Report)
• We collect data through Telematics ECU from ECM and
  send to TELEMATICS GATEWAY. Customer can able to
  check Engine Status and if any abnormalities are detected
  in Engine
• Conducted Remote Troubleshooting and OTA ECM updates for dealers.
• Analyze CAN, CDL, J1939 traces for parameter consistency ,Bus load tests and verify Telematics Modbus registers against simulated values.
• Set up HIL Benches for varied Engine Models and ECMs to dSPACE through Harness and data link is connected to config loaded Telematics Device
• Collaborated with developers and product owners to stay
  current on product features and intended functionality.

• The project involves mainly VehicleTesting, Diagnostic clearance in vehicle level and verification and validation Configured data in Database for INS,CPS,ABS and ECM ecu's for BS-III, IV, V vehicles & Engines ECU also support for flashing in Production line if any bugs identified & rise Tickets with respect to concern team
• Diagnose issues, defects and determine appropriate repairs in Vehicle using debugging tools and support to diagnostics monitoring in Production line to run without any downtime
• Collaborated with ECU vendors and clients to resolve EOL issues.

• Taking costumer Feature inputs and creating test plans in as for system requirements for ADAS: UPA/FKP
• Functional and Fault Management
• Validation modifications done for newly added DID signals in CAPL scripts and executing automation scripts using canoe on ADAS system HIL bench with standard operating procedures

• Parameters in ADAS ECU using CAPL automation and
• Post analysis done for Test automation executed reports if any bug identified need to report in JIRA tool and results need to update in SVN server

• Worked with Embedded technology and software development of Robotics projects using ARM lpc27xxx ,Atmel ,PIC , Arduino
• Helped to evaluate new techniques and procedures for purposes of product development
• Giving guest Lectures on Different Embedded Robotic technologies in various colleges like IIT-Delhi,IIT-Guwahati , BITS-Pilani .
