As a House Physician in the Department of Medicine, I was involved in comprehensive patient care, including detailed history-taking, thorough clinical examination, daily monitoring of vital parameters, and assisting in diagnosis and management under the supervision of senior residents and consultants. I maintained case records, progress notes, investigation reports, and discharge summaries, and assisted in bedside procedures such as cannulation, catheterization, and sample collection. I actively participated in ward rounds, emergency duties, and the initial management of acute medical conditions, and was also deployed for COVID-19 duties.
