· Managed and ensure the accuracy of general ledger posting, reconciliation and providing comments on P&L variances.

· Preparation of monthly accruals, provisions, reclass, month end journal entries.

· Clearing of open items (Vendor, Customers, Stock in transit).

· Calculation of intercompany purchases price , freight and variance analysis

· Responsible for Product costing in the system (Periodical, Ad-Hoc, Annual ) , Settlement of process order, Settlement of plant maintenance order, Settlement of material DUV, Checking & resolving the issues related to CO Product Costing including CK11N & CK40N, Activity rates updating in KP26.

Preparation of various MIS reports: Production report, Scrap report, PPV analysis report, Waste report, and D&D report of Inventory.

· Responsible for maintaining material master data- Creation of BOM, Changing the plant status, setting procurement key for material.

· Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and also submit them in the BlackLine

· Responsible for maintain KPI report, SOX Compliance, Internal controls for the period end activities and Internal Audit Handling

• Presently looking after various jobs relating to inventory management- Preparation of Stock Valuation report of all group companies on quarterly and yearly basis, Preparation of credit/Debit note and posting its JVS
• Preparation of Various MIS Report such as Utilization Report, Inventory Ageing Report, Slow Moving or Dead Inventory Report, Cost Vs.NRV Analysis Report
• Reconciliation of Purchase and Sale at the month end
• Journalizing the Physical Adjustment of the Inventory
• Compliance of internal audit report conducted by the internal auditor
• Product Costing, Computation of margin and profit analysis of the company product
• Preparation of Cost Audit Report and its submission to MCA
