• Hands-on job of LT (long travel) Wheel Replacement Activity, LT Rail Alignment Activity, LT/CT Motor Disc Brakes adjustment activity, Rope Limit Switches adjustments, Rope Reeving and Rope Replacement activity, Gear Box Inspection Activity visually and with the help of Endoscopy tool. Crane Reliability study with help of very precise tool known as Konecranes Q tools (RAILQ, CRANEQ, ROPEQ).
• Erection & Commission of 250, 200 & 200 T crane at BTW, Alstom and ABB Gujrat.
• Emergency Brake system installation activity performed on 300T molten metal handling ladle crane in JSW-DOLVI at 56-meter height.
• Performed Crane reliability study (CRS) of 300T molten metal handling crane at JSW Dolvi.
• Oversees experience of Kenya, Uganda, UAE and Thailand.
• KBK crane of installed and commissioned at CEAT TYERS, GMI, Ford Motor, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland.
• Lead 15-team members at TATA STEEL plant AMC contract (Stationed) of 116 cranes), Khopoli.
• Knowledge of Non-destructive test worked with LEVEL-II NDT engineer.
