Preparing Various Reports and coordination with recruiter for Hiring:

a) Managing the BU requirements of Hiring- Demand, Offer, joined and dropped candidates for PAN India.

b) Operated and maintained applicant tracking and candidate management using

spreadsheets, liaising with the larger team to maintain alignment on process

flow during planned events

c) Gender Diversity Ratio.

d) Refer-Back Analysis on ORC.

a. Business Unit wise Joining’s. (Using pivot for crafting the report).

b. Mid-week Joining’s (Using day formula to bring out the Day).

c. Gender Ratio of new joiner’s (Using pivotand represent it into pie chart).

d. Location wise joining (Using pivot for crafting the report and present it to Bar chart).

a. Calculation of Attrition Using opening, closing, joining and exit counts of employees.

b. Generating the report on BU Wise. (Using pivottable for crafting the report).

c. Reason of Attrition. (Using pivot table to bring out the maximum reason of exit).

d. Tenure Wise Attrition (using date formula to bring out the tenure of employee and crafting the report on tenure wise exits).

HR Operations: Key Attributes:

a. Onboarding:

i. Download the report from our internal software wherein recruiter feeds the data of new joiner.

ii. Coordinating with IT team for id creation and asset preparation of every new joiner.

iii. Sharing the schedule for induction with new joiner as welcome mail.

iv. Make sure they fill all statuary forms and submit all the documents.

v. Arranging the HR, Admin, Payroll and employee benefits session for every new joiner.
