• Negotiation and processing the RFQ for the final costing for the products.
• Responsible for buying of components for projects of EV PDU & SOLAR.
• Responsible for buying AC/DC charging cables for EV Gun.
• Handing the team for buying of Electrical/Electronic components (Contactor's, Fuses, H& Fuses, Diode, Limit switch, Capacitor, Current sensor, Insulator Acrylic sheet, Bakelite Sheet, SS304 Hardwares for EV PDU & SOLAR.
• Responsible for buying of MS Enclosure/SS Enclosure/Sheet metal parts for PDU and negotiation activities with ZBC basis..
• Individual taking care procurement of ma-or commodity) Copper Busbar & Strips based on LME.
• Monitoring the demand and conversion into PO with respective team member.
• Directly involved in procurement of new design PDU.
• Meeting with supplier for smooth deliveries and relation.
• Follow-up with commercial for supplier payments and reconciliation.

Imported Material Procurement & Freight Forwarding:

• Responsible for buying imported material for EV-PDU, SOLAR & EV-Gun.
• Handing complete Import freight forwarding and maintaining all the data, which is relevant to import. Major sector of import Germany, UK, China, Singapore & Malaysia.
• Meeting with forwarders for better prices and service.
• Maintaining the budget register and controlling the cost of import cost with the help of negotiation and multiple quotations.

• Preparing the purchase order to Omron Singapore and taking updates for delivery.
• Review the open order and update to sales team for upcoming deliveries.
• Negotiation with forwarders and follow-up for deliveries/pre-alerts, accordingly informing/sharing the pre-alerts documents with custom clearance team.
• Arranging the Import/Domestic payments and reconciliation.

• Managing Import Supplier Data base.
• Preparing the documents for import payment as well as domestic.
• Submitting the documents with Bank against advance import payment.
• Managing the DHL account for sample shipments.
• Reconcile the suppliers (Import/Domestic) account monthly basis.
