• Worked in Mega Polypropylene petrochemical plant JERP includes, planning and scheduling of jobs and ensure safety during job.
• Plant operation, startup, stabilization & shutdown experience.
• Panel & f field operations in Extruder (compounding & pelleting) area, Vent recovery, Monomer purification area & Polymerization area.
• To achieve production targets by maintaining quality, inventory control, safety and manpower management. Monitor process deviations, routine tasks, instructions and bypass management using various tools of OMPRO.
• To minimize losses and optimize the consumption of utility, catalyst, chemicals and additives.
• To check the compliance of SOCs, SOPs, periodical analysis, regeneration schedules and critical equipment checklists. Analytical study of the previous plant data to bring about new process improvements and reduction of downtime while product grade changeover and shutdown.
• Various data collection & analysis with a view to optimize process condition.
