• Responsibilities:

• Analyzing Income of the customer through banking and ITR.

• Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers.
• Creating credit scoring models for risk assessments.
• Approving and rejecting loans based on available data.
• Negotiating the terms of the loan with new clients.
• Calculating eligibility as per the company policy.
• Finalizing the eligible amount and sanctioning the case.
• Analyzing banking transactions/statements using Perfios and Cartbi.
• Approving verifications (Vendor)
• . Checking team cases for disbursement.
• Business loan process on the basis of GST Invoice ( 50k to 9 lacs

• Personal and Business unsecured loan upto 1 lacs
• Responsibilities:
• Check KYC document of Login file and process file to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Sourcing and managing high Net worth Consuners and Convert into Customer
• Screening CIBIL. CRIF Analyzing banking transaction/statements using Perfios.
• TVR with customer for verification of provided details and case processing.
• Making CAM and Eligibility sheet with the help of available data.
• Approve Loan on the basis of Eligibility.

• Responsibilities:
• Custodian of Files, Property Papers, OTCs & PDDs.
• Inward of Files, Property Papers, OTCs & PDDs from branches.
• Hygiene check of Files & Property Papers
• Sharing observation with branches and getting them resolved
• Sending files & property papers to storage vendors.
• Post loan closure activities: NOC, Property Papers & LOD dispatch to branches and tracking the same.
• Maintaining MIS &Report.
• Indexing of all type of documents.
• OTC & PDD verification.
• Quality Check of file and inform to branch if any document missing from file.
• Checking Property paper with the help of Customer details and legal report.
• Maintaining CKYC and CERSAI data and performing CKYC check and CERSAI of new customers.
