• Resolved a stalled platform upgrade by challenging an inflated vendor claim and validating that only approximately 10% of the work had been completed. Through tough negotiations, secured a 14% cost reduction (INR 5.46 lakhs) and aligned a scope amendment, ensuring commercial control and project continuity.
• Standardized the CAPEX Manual to strengthen governance, improve compliance, accelerate execution efficiency, and support the training needs of new recruits on procurement processes. (Planned launch in Q2 FY2027.)

• Led the end-to-end setup of an L-Ring Drum manufacturing facility at GR Infraprojects Ltd., Guwahati, by sourcing blow moulding technology, identifying raw material suppliers, finalizing technical specifications, and executing procurement activities for a INR 1300 Lakhs CAPEX project, enabling in-house production and reducing dependency on external suppliers.
• Introduced advanced Pile Driver technology from Orteco S.R.L., Italy, for highway crash barrier installation, significantly improving execution speed, productivity, and project delivery efficiency.
