• Eliminated single-source dependency for an electric manipulator upgrade by challenging a high-cost proposal, conducting a site study, and onboarding OEM Indeva (Italy). Led negotiations to secure new manipulators at a premium of only 15% over refurbishment cost while retaining existing assets for future deployments.

• Delivered INR 17.61 lakhs in savings on the purchase of a new acoustic enclosure by swiftly identifying and validating a new supplier (PSA Services), conducting a site assessment, and leading value-driven negotiations. Secured the supply, installation, and commissioning of the acoustic enclosure. (Received the CPO Award 2025 – Agility category for this initiative.)

• Delivered INR 793 lakhs of value in a single-source moulding machine project with Kuenkel Wagner through localization savings of INR 300 lakhs and strategic negotiations yielding INR 493 lakhs, thereby reducing the budget gap while ensuring technical acceptance and project continuity through an ownership-driven approach.

• Resolved a stalled platform upgrade by challenging an inflated vendor claim and validating that only approximately 10% of the work had been completed. Through tough negotiations, secured a 14% cost reduction (INR 5.46 lakhs) and aligned a scope amendment, ensuring commercial control and project continuity.

• Standardized the CAPEX Manual to strengthen governance, improve compliance, accelerate execution efficiency, and support the training needs of new recruits on procurement processes. (Planned launch in Q2 FY2027.)

• Enabled two new temporary hires to become job-ready within three weeks through structured training, hands-on guidance, and mentoring.

Key Achievements:

• Spearheaded the greenfield establishment of an Octagonal Pole and Highmast manufacturing facility at GR Infraprojects Ltd., Ahmedabad, leading consultant selection, technology evaluation, vendor development, commercial negotiations, and machinery procurement for a CAPEX investment of INR 2300 Lakhs.

• Led the end-to-end setup of an L-Ring Drum manufacturing facility at GR Infraprojects Ltd., Guwahati, by sourcing blow moulding technology, identifying raw material suppliers, finalizing technical specifications, and executing procurement activities for a INR 1300 Lakhs CAPEX project, enabling in-house production and reducing dependency on external suppliers.

• Introduced advanced Pile Driver technology from Orteco S.R.L., Italy, for highway crash barrier installation, significantly improving execution speed, productivity, and project delivery efficiency.

• Pioneered the introduction of India's first Thermoplastic Road Line Marking Machine from Borum, Denmark, driving innovation in highway infrastructure projects through enhanced marking quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Led end-to-end CAPEX planning, sourcing, procurement, and deployment of construction equipment and machinery for 28 Road, Railway, and Metro infrastructure projects, each valued at over ₹1,200 Crores, ensuring timely project mobilization and execution over a 5.5-year period.
