There were many achievements that I can consider them as big but the biggest of them would be the instance where I had given First Aid to a passenger who was choking and revived him. After a few minutes his words of showing Gratitude by saying-

"Thank you' gave me the greatest feeling of achievement and satisfaction of being a person who is responsible for all the lives onboard. Also there were day to day instances where I gave some extra dessert or cookies to kids and their smiles would always make me happy and feel great about the job. Helping ladies and the needy with their heavy bags, assisting the seniors in having a comfortable flight and getting wishes like 'God bless you' were instrumentally making me a better person too. Being a cabin crew is much more than seeing new places and meeting new people. The online and paper feedbacks are nothing in front of such appreciations. These enhanced the experience of my life being a Cabin Crew and helping people and take care of Customers smile and satisfaction by all means.
