- My responsibilities were to handle generation and management of licenses for Esko and Enfocus customers, maintenance of customer's Esko product configuration on a platform called reflection/ Octopus, order handling for Enfocus customer on salesforce
- All the Esko-related tasks were ticketed on JIRA
- Pioneered project Alice which used WebCenter - an Esko Software to automate an internal process which saved productive time of a team of 12 members and the finance team
- The project was shortlisted as one of the top 5 most innovative projects for a global event conducted by Danaher called 'Innovation Days'
- Inspired by Project Alice, a similar solution was requested by the finance team to address an internal issue
- This solution named 'OPENS' proved vital during the total lockdown period in 2020 as it ensured the receipt of payments and kept the revenue on par which would have not been possible with their conventional process
- This project was commended by the former business controller Mr. Mohan Kumar and the team members were appreciated with a spot award.
