Job Responsibilities.

Area grading and land development.

Study the drawing and verify the layout marking.

Coordinate with the surveyor to get the quantity estimate.

Supervise the area grading, verify the compaction, filling layer, and proper level of cutting activity.

Preparing requirement of enabling materials and Schedule of Quantity.

Study plant layout, construction sequence, and project duration.

Establish requirements of contractor resources.

Coordinate with contractor and estimate the requirement of manpower and other resources.

Establish contractor's office/stores at site.

Ensure day-to-day execution, study of project standards, and specifications.

Validate BBS and ensure proper rebar cutting, bending, and field binding.

Ensure foundations and other civil activities are executed as per the drawing.

Ensure surveyor's activity on day-to-day work, such as marking of coordinates, RL, etc.

Generate request for civil construction materials and coordinate with Central Civil Group, batching plant for its availability.

Provide input to Lead for the requirement of insert plate fabrication and anchor bolts requirements.

(2) Project: Expansion Greenfield Project of IOCL -RHCU P-25 Project

Client: Indian Oil Corporation Limited

Consultant: Engineer India Limited.

Location - IOCL Panipat, Panipat, Haryana

Job Responsibilities.

Preparing quantity and cost estimates. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule for Tier-4 contractor.

Client Billing: Coordinating with Engineering/Execution team as per project requirements.

Checking and Certification of our Contractors' bill, DPR making on Excel sheet, Maintaining Manpower record.

Making monthly and forecast plans for internal and client also. Arrange for weekly and monthly progress meetings. Record all Change Notices of different contractors.

Identify drawing issues and communicate them to management. Coordinate with HQ.

Expedite contractors for timely submission of reports.

Communicate with contractors and team leader for project-related matters.

Coordinate with Construction Manager for site-related issues.

(3)Project: Greenfield PFCCU & PRU Package

Client: HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited

Consultant: Engineer India Limited.

Location: Pachpadra, Barmer, Rajasthan.

Job Responsibilities.

Involved in construction of equipment foundation, technological structure, main pipe rack, branch pipe rack, pipe way, water retaining structure, pipe support, pipe stanchions, and pipe sleeper.

Supervision of Trenches & Drain, Culvert, Paving, and All kinds of maintenance work, Construction repair work.

Check all the site execution activity with the help of drawing.

Apply proposed method of concreting, concreting production, and concrete transportation.

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress report of the concerned work. Experience in site supervision, construction works. Experience and knowledge of construction methods and construction sequences in civil structural.

Client Billing: Coordinating with Engineering/Execution team as per project requirements. Preparation and checking of contractors' bill, DPR making on Excel sheet, maintaining manpower record.

(4) Project: 2200 MTPD Ammonia, Urea, Fertilizer Plant

Client: Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL)

Location - Sindri, Jharkhand, Dhanbad

Job Responsibilities:

Currently involved in civil construction work of ammonia plant area, construction of all types of equipment foundation like as Primary Reformer Package, CO2 Absorber, CO2 Stripper, LP/HP Flash.

· Drum, Technological Structure, Sulphur absorber, Process Gas Separator, Waste Heat Boiler, Reactor Operation System (ROS), BOG Compressor Shelter.

Involved in construction of pipe rack, pipe support, pipe stanchions, and pipe sleeper. Supervision of all kinds of work and all kinds of maintenance work, construction repair work.

Involved in Construction of Road and Drainage System, Paving, and Flooring.
