• Independently managing ₹2–4 Cr monthly procurement across CAPEX, projects, and operational purchases.
• Leading CAPEX sourcing for electrical, fabrication, civil works, new machines, upgrades, and greenfield projects.
• Managing tool room procurement covering Die BOM raw materials, machining parts, standard items, and non-BOM consumables (₹50L/month).
• Overseeing Tool Maintenance Center procurement for die spares and consumables (₹15L/month).
• Supporting NPD and IoT projects through timely procurement of gauges, fixtures, fixtures, and technology components.
• Executing end-to-end P2P cycle including RFQ/RFP, negotiations, supplier finalization, PO release, GRN, and payment closure.
• Monitoring CAPEX budgets, tracking commitments vs actuals, and enforcing spend control.
• Implementing min–max inventory controlsand coordinating with engineering, finance, production, and quality teams.

Achievements:

• Achieved 12% CAPEX savings vs budget through competitive sourcing and negotiations without technical compromise.
• Delivered ₹48L annual savings by developing and onboarding supermarket vendors. Reduced tooling consumption cost by 27–29%, generating ₹32L annualized savings via strategic supplier development.
• Unlocked ₹45L yearly savings through re-cleaning and reuse optimization of consumable hand gloves.
• Implemented quarterly procurement planning for tool room BOM and non-BOM items, significantly reducing stockouts.

Role:

• Led Live Andon System implementation for TCF assembly line to improve real-time production monitoring.
• Applied PDCA methodology to analyze existing Andon issues and process gaps.
• Collected, structured, and analyzed manual production data to identify trends and problem areas.
• Conducted root cause analysis (RCA) and developed data-driven improvement proposals.
• Coordinated automation of Andon data capture and installation of live LED Andon boards.

Achievements:

• Converted manual Andon data entry to automated system, enabling real-time visibility.
• Proposed 10 implementable improvement solutions, with 2 successfully implemented on the shop floor.
