Centralised Street Light Fault Detection System

Designed a Centralised Street Light Fault Detection System, designed to enhance urban street lighting efficiency and safety. Utilizing IoT technology, this system not only detects faults in real-time but also significantly reduces maintenance costs and energy use.
We used Blynk app to link with the ESPMCU8266(node mcu with wifi module) connected to LDR(Light Dependent Resistor) sensor which receives light and navigate the user/authorised personnel about the condition and intensity at which the light is operating.

Personal Finance Tracker Web App

  • Published research paper on 'Comparative Study on Different Approaches Used in Word Sense Disambiguation:NLP' in ICRIC - Volume 2 Springer journal.This research was in Natural Language Processing where different approaches and algorithms used in Word Sense Disambiguation were studied.
  • 2nd research paper on utilizing BERT for training a language model on a diverse corpus was recently presented at the prestigious IEEE International Students' Conference.The research focuses on leveraging BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), developed by Google in 2018, for Natural Language Processing (NLP). BERT, consisting of two English language models, aims to bridge data gaps by pre-training general language representation models on large volumes of unannotated web content. Unlike training BERT from scratch on such datasets, the research involves initial pre-training on limited data. Once significant results are achieved, the model can be applied to tasks like NLP sentiment analysis and question answering, leading to improved accuracy.
