Job Responsibilities :

• Create the test scenarios with all the conceivable step-ups for IT/Operations team and building the insurance and finding risk management and scenarios.
• Files received from the onshore to process the Auto Policies on amending the existing and new policies such as Renewals, Endorsement ,Duplicates and insurances.
• Document the proper requirement to build a robot with all the business rules and conditions.
• TAT Management Skills.
• Ensuring production / Quality Assurance for client expectation.
• Analytical Skills to represent for various business requirement Handling end to end for all modules such as personal, property, motor, liability, finance and many more.
• Process new insurance notifications and collect accurate information and documents to process.
• Analyze a insurance made by a policy maker to establish whether it satisfies the policy condition.
• Handling any complaints associated with the insurance.
• Monitor the progress of P&C insurance explain to policy holder when their insurance is not covered.
• Ensuring that policy meeting the term and condition for insurance.
• Working on different types of process like New Business and Newco Apps.
