I am a counselling psychologist, PhD scholar, and academic mentor with over 14 years of experience across defence organisations, universities, and mental health initiatives. Before transitioning into psychology, I began my career as a software engineer, a journey that strengthened my problem-solving and analytical skills. A life event became a turning point, inspiring me to take a new direction into counselling and healing, and helping me discover my true passion for supporting people. Since then, I have worked to guide students, professionals, and families, focusing on resilience, holistic learning, and emotional well-being. I also enjoy mentoring young minds, supporting them in both academic and personal journeys. Alongside my practice, I actively contribute to research and innovation, with published work and a patent to my name.
For me, the most meaningful part of this journey is being there when someone needs it most — not just as a psychologist, but as a fellow human. My unconventional path helps me see people holistically, and at the heart of it all, healing begins with genuine human support.
