The project aims at providing loan and investment options to the various segments of Lloyds customers.

Key responsibilities in the project:

• Involved from scratch and lead the important life cycle activities of the project which includes preparing RFP, planning and estimation.
• Designed the physical and logical architecture of the application which helped in identifying the different components of the systems and their dependencies.
• Conducted research and feasibility analysis of the third-party tools to finalize the Build vs Buy for the Risk Profile and Advice Engine.
• Onboarding and resolving dependencies of the various downstream systems which are part of the application.
• Integration analysis of the fulfillment system which helped the project to reuse the existing system, enabling cost effective and efficient solution.
• Improved solution efficiency by designing and implementing scalable architectures for banking clients.
• Leading a team of 10-12 members to drive the implementation and unblocking the team
• Coordinating between teams, project stake holders and reporting to leads/ clients.

This project aims at planning and execution of high visibility initiatives that were on priority for Goldman Sachs which includes Delta Load pipeline, Unlock Coach Access (UCA), MongoDB upgrade, etc.

Key responsibilities in the project:

• Driving and leading the major solution design initiatives for Goldman Sachs like Unlock Coach Access, CastLight integration, MongoDB upgrade, EDS upgrade, etc.
• Managed end-to-end software development life-cycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-implementation support and maintenance.
• Improved solution efficiency by designing and implementing scalable architectures for enterprise clients.
• Developed comprehensive documentation for solution design specifications, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders at all stages of project lifecycle.
• Facilitated seamless communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders by effectively translating complex concepts into understandable terms for all parties involved in projects.

The project aims to revamp the overall legacy architecture of Marriott US to new technology platform along with integration of Starwood Hotels within Marriott domain.

Key responsibilities in the project:

• Leading a team of 8-10 members to design and plan for the different modules
• Requirement gathering and coordinating with project stake holders
• Solution designing and defining scope of the requirements
• Resolving dependencies and technical issues for the team to make sure end to end delivery of the modules per sprint
• Requirements clarifications with business and code reviews with clients are part of the R&R’s
• Coordinating between teams and reporting to leads/ clients.

This project aims to build an online application for NatWest and RBS Bank, which enabled users to open account online by scrutinizing the ID documents online via a web service exposed by third party Experian.

Key responsibilities in the project:

• Responsible for the designing and providing technical and infra solutions to AutoDoc’s NatWest and RBS clients.
• Responsible for handling the AutoDoc architecture related changes and updates.
• Responsible to carry out build/ deployment and other infrastructure related activities as part of the AutoDoc support project and for developing new functionalities.
• Responsible for sorting out issues and gathering requirements from clients on day-to-day basis.
• Reporting and highlighting risks to clients and leads
