Implementation Project

Environment: SAP S/4 HANA 2021 FP03

• Handled multiple phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, WRICEF coordination, data migration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Designed and configured the financial organizational structure and Chart of Accounts in alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Supported integration between SAP Finance and other core modules such as MM, SD and CO to ensure seamless business process execution.
• Configured core SAP FI sub-modules including General Ledger (New GL with Profit Center Accounting), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (including Credit Management), Fixed Assets, and Bank Accounting.
• Involved in end-to-end data migration activities using LSMW/LTMC.
• Worked closely with technical teams on development of WRICEF objects, including reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms.
• Facilitated user training sessions and prepared documentation to support system adoption and process readiness.
• Provided support during cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases, addressing and resolving key issues to ensure smooth transitions.
• Contributed to process improvements by identifying and implementing system enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Gained exposure to Treasury functions including Cash Management and Bank Communication, improving visibility into financial operations.

Enhancement & Support Project

Environment: SAP ECC 6 EHP8

• Participated in the EHP upgrade testing and validation of FI modules to ensure compatibility with new functionalities.
• Conducted impact analysis on existing FI configurations and custom developments post-upgrade.
• Verified DME, APP, and bank configuration setups post-upgrade to ensure correct payment file generation and reconciliation.
• Updated functional documentation (FSD/PDD) to reflect changes due to the enhancement.
• Involved in creation of test scripts for UAT.

• Configured and tested Electronic Bank Reconciliation (MT940) for automated bank statement processing
• Set up the Dunning Program, including Dunning Levels, Areas, and customized Dunning Forms for multiple company codes
• Designed and configured Automatic Payment Program (FBZP) for Accounts Payable, including scenarios for Partial Payments, Cash Discounts, Alternate Payees, and Inter company Payments.
