• Establish quality control processes and standards to ensure the consistency of products.
• Define quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality assessments, and monitor adherence to them.
• Develop and update quality management systems (QMS) to meet industry standards, such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 (automotive quality management standards).
• Continuously analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects, improve yield, and increase efficiency.
• Oversee product testing at various stages of production to ensure vehicles and parts meet the required safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
• Lead teams responsible for product validation, including environmental testing, durability testing, and performance testing.
• Regularly report on quality metrics to senior management, highlighting areas of improvement, corrective actions, and performance trends.
• Lead teams in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions for quality issues that arise in production.

Focused on overseeing the production, storage, inventory management, and distribution of tires. You would be responsible for ensuring the proper quantity of tires is available at each stage of the supply chain, as well as maintaining quality control and meeting delivery deadlines.

• Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. Ensure that stock levels are optimized, preventing both overstocking and stockouts.
• Inventory Replenishment: Coordinate with procurement or production teams to ensure that materials or products are ordered when levels fall below a set threshold.
• Cycle Counts and Audits: Regularly conduct inventory counts and audits to ensure the accuracy of stock records.
• Quality Checks: Ensure that the tires produced meet the company's quality standards. Conduct inspections at various stages of production and be involved in testing finished products for durability, performance, and safety.
• Staff Management: Supervise and manage the staff in your department, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.
• Training: Provide training to new or existing employees on procedures, quality standards, and equipment use.
