• Interaction with Site QA team and visit to sites at regular interval to meet own QA team as well as Client QA team for smooth progress of the Erection & Commissioning.

• Also visited China, South Korea & Germany for new Vendor Development for Steel Structures, Castings for Coke Oven Batteries , Equipment for AHP etc.
• Responsible for ISO 9000 audit & certificate maintenance for the organization.

• In charge for execution of Port Crane business (ELL,RTG, RMQC etc.)

• Led cross-functional team for successful completion of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
