Results: Completed 12-month, complex project scope on time, within the $250,000 budget while managing multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and educationally diverse end-user needs.
TheraBoards, Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC):
Directive: Manage team of 18 through all phases of $325,000 development of an online Augmentative, Alternative, Communication (AAC) system.
Results: Project resulted in a successful first to the market launch of an online-based AAC system with seamless integration into the medical and educational therapeutic practices.
TheraSimplicity Content Development:
Directive: Facilitate the TheraSimplicity content selection process, vet, contract and lead content authors, content scope development, quality measures, and content implementation.
Results: Completed 172 content areas utilizing 146 authors, and 26 illustrators resulting in 19000 images, 5500 worksheets, with a 72% increase over current content.
TheraSimplicity University Partnership Program:
Directive: Guide a team of 11 in the development, implementation, and automation of the TheraSimplicity University Partnership Program.
Results: An increase from 3 participating universities in 2005 to 115 participating in 2014 and a conversion rate of 58%.
Responsible for the development and ongoing leadership of a multi-lingual and multi-discipline special needs center in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
