I oversee the complete production and facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning across manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and supply chain management. Reporting directly to the CEO, I play a strategic role in driving operational excellence, compliance, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Production Operations, ensuring timely output with strict adherence to quality standards.
• Oversight of Facility Operations, including plant maintenance, utilities, and workplace safety.
• Leading Product Quality Assurance initiatives to maintain international food safety and hygiene benchmarks.
• Handling Procurement & Vendor Development for raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Implementation of international compliance standards (NPOP, NOP/USDA, EU Organic, BRC Global Standard).
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and cost optimization.

• # Successfully implemented NPOP, NOP/USDA, EU Organic & BRC compliance systems, resulting in facility certification.
• # Spearheaded quality and hygiene enhancements that positioned Gurmae as a globally compliant FMCG facility.

• # Developed and executed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, QA, and facility management.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling Various Project Sites Offices in many states of India & Abroad also (Bhutan, Nepal & Bangladesh).
• Verifications & Calculations of Sites Office expenses like Salary of Project Sites employees (regular, contract, daily wages), Project site running monthly expense (funds, imprest, & other Banking related work) in India & Abroad.
• Handling Income Tax and State Tax matters or other Rate & Taxes case and assessments in India & Abroad.
• Involved in Statutory Audit of various concerns and participated in the finalization of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Reconciliation of HQ & Field Offices petty cash expenses and handling employee’s reimbursements and allowances & responsible for Checking and verifying all types of bills of all Project Sites Offices for payment after proper scrutiny.
• Taking care of Administration work: - Preparation of EOI, EMD & Tender related work for New Project. Visiting Sites office INDIA & Abroad for Verification of Assets, establishment of transit camp & new project sites offices.
• Engagement of Employees (contract or daily wages) in project sites office in INDIA & Abroad.
• Support to MIS team for Booking of Income & Expenditure in various project in proper heads in MIS Division.
• Attend meetings and coordinating with many Government organization & agencies like NWDA, NABARD CWC, CEA, CSMRS, SOI, GSI Ministry of Jal Shakti, etc. Regarding funds released and financial database for MIS work.
