Collateral Reconciliation Team:

(I started with collateral reconciliation team after sometime I handled both Collateral reconciliation and Data management simultaneously.)

• Responsible for daily reconciliation and investigation of dispute drivers (FX, IRS and CDS) and to resolve high value/aged disputes.
• Handle MTM related discrepancies: FX rates/ snap timings diff, IRS discounting methodology difference, collateral balance diff, Lock up margin difference and to work on resolving it.
• Regulatory reporting i.e EMIR, CFTC-NFA on trade level as well as portfolio level and to monitor the breaches and report based on regulatory compliance.
• Work on trade breaks: missing trades/notional difference/mapping issues etc.
• Experience in handling Tri-Resolve (Tri-Optima) matching process: matched, matched with difference, unmatched.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on collateral positions and variances.
• Work closely with internal teams such as trading , middle office, risk management and operations to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of collateral accounts.
• Manual uploads for LCH (London Clearing House)
• Monitor margin calls and ensure timely resolutions.

Data Management Team:

• Creation of report for the stale buyout trades and perform the overwrite as per the standard procedure.
• Performing Overwrites on the agreements when there is technical issues which results in incorrect data reflecting for that agreement.
• Using Bloomberg and MDX to get the latest ISIN's price and to make calculation using macro to get values to Overwrite accordingly
• Completion of all the task's within SLA's , resulting in streamlined operations and improved client satisfaction
• Provided training to new joiners of the process.
• I am also cross trained in Futures Margins for BCP purpose in which I prepare journal entries and prepare SWIFT messages as well
• Knowledge of various Corporate action events like stock splits, reverse stock splits, right issue, cash dividend, dividend option, spin off etc.

• Responsible for pre-matching the SWIFT messages of high volume and risky trades before settlement and to highlight any discrepancy in the trades to reduce conflict between both parties
• Handling all the derivative products like Options, Futures, Forwards and Swaps
• Well versed in Interest Rate Derivatives under Treasury Settlements
• Having Interactions with clients to report discrepancy in trades and to get them resolved
• Matching SWIFT messages of Swaps, Fixed incomes, Options and Commodities
• Working on Cpty's queries received on emails
• Preparing daily productivity reports and helped in analysis on how to reduce Standard processing time for trades or transactions by using tools like SQL and Excel.
