· Liaising with Architect, Developer, Consultant & Fabricator for steering complete institutional sale
· Attending to clients’ escalations & undertaking steps for effectively resolving them
· Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members
· Leading a team of 16 professionals (form different dept like SCM, Technical, Service, Estimation, Project Mgmt.) with an annual turnover slightly in excess of 100 Cr.
· Set up segmented fabricator network for west market.
· Started B2C segment in Mumbai
· Achieved organic growth of 150% & 120% while maintaining bottom line revenues (2018 & 2019)
· Set up a strong, vibrant and productive Sales process which included CRM, MIS, Customer mapping & profiling, Periodic reviews, Cash flow management & inventory management

· Frontline involvement in techno commercial marketing which includes presentations to Institutional Clients/Architects/PMC for Pre qualifications.
· Potential mapping and opportunity profiling and management of leads in key identified verticals ( Infrastructure, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education)
· Coordination with sales, marketing team, Channel network to increase coverage in tactical accounts.
