Responsibilities:

• Contributed as a test engineer across multiple sprints, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the billing system.
• Designed, reviewed, and executed test cases to ensure complete test coverage for various prepaid services.
• Conducted root cause analysis of defects, preparing detailed defect reports, and participating in defect triage meetings for troubleshooting.
• Performed API testing using methods like GET, POST, PUT, DELETE to validate response times, error codes, status codes, and JSON body.
• Prepared test case handover documents and maintained clear communication regarding testing progress and results.
• Participated in daily status calls to track testing progress and resolve any issues promptly.
