Employee Functions -

• Plan and administer total compensation as per approved order, training and induction of new joinees and employee assistance.
• Take care of employee induction, and activities related to employee joining/ documentation and smooth onboarding activities.
• Pay and compensation structure designing for entire organization and releasing pay-outs as salary.
• Employee and corporate related functions including statutory, reporting and filings as per government rules and liabilities.

Employee Expenses and Taxation -

• Manage policies related to expenses and expense payout for employees engaged in company business.
• Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of HR policies on travel, advertisement and promotions and collective agreement on long term incentive programme on yearly payouts and accruals.
• Issue Form 16 from Income tax authority for filing of taxes by employees. Assist employees in filing support for the same.

Budgeting -

• Working file for employee next 5 year budget and how many new onboarding to be required in various departments in consultation with HR Business partner.
• Yearly expense run sheet for all employees and controlling expenses head wise.

Retirement and Benefits

• Work for employee pension scheme and advice employees best fi plan for them.
• Corporate login for National Pension Scheme and enrolling employees under this benefit scheme. Releasing pay-outs to employees as monthly contribution
• Take care of all employee retiral benefits.

Roles in Merger & Acquisition of 2 companies -

• USD 1280 mio acquisition done for 2 companies GK and Sphira and 88 new employees acquired from this acquisition and entirely managed all related HR functions.
• Handled new acquisition for employees transfers in the organization and taken up additional responsibilities to make sure new acquisition is as per law

Treasury -

• Managing Authorization logins Has Admin rights for all banking logins, this would help regulate users for login and fixing actions and operations they can carry out in banking
• USD 37 mio interest achieved for Financial Year (2022-2023) through fixed deposits instruments.
