• Act as an agile strategic planner, managing multiple concurrent initiatives across the knowledge value chain.

Research, Insights & Perspective Development

• Lead primary research through structured interviews, workshops, surveys, and benefit‑realization assessments with clients, project teams, and replication champions.
• Conduct secondary research using internal knowledge repositories, project data, industry benchmarks, and proven practices.
• Build structured story logic and outlines to help SMEs articulate clear, differentiated, and evidence‑based perspectives.

Thought Leadership Content Creation

• Author and review whitepapers, blogs, POVs, knowledge base articles, ROCK reports, review reports, infographics, and case studies.
• Produce insight‑driven content on:Unified Oilfield Management
  Digital Refinery initiatives
  Real‑time process monitoring and optimization
  
• Ensure content quality and consistency by aligning outputs with thought leadership and knowledge standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration & KM Strategy

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, KM advisors, business focals, and leadership stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through timely delivery of high‑value knowledge assets.
• Contribute to Knowledge Management Quality & Services strategy, participating in governance and PAB discussions.

Enablement, Showcasing & Engagement

• Design and facilitate workshops and interviews to assess implementation progress and quantify benefits realization.
• Participate in Capability and Technology Roadshows, showcasing:Digital Transformation capabilities
  Enterprise Knowledge Management solutions
  Organizational Change Management success stories
  Low‑Carbon Solutions and Energy Security perspectives

• Ideate and construct a solution regime to remediate the technical debts and the shortcomings in the existing process using Digital Maturity Assessment Framework (DMAF) ti achieve optimum resource utilization and increase throughput
• Plan an implementation roadmap with financials and suggest the uncremental return on investment (ROI) ovet the year, post implementation of recommendations
• Assess and understand the underlying application landscape of the refinery to pinpoint the areas of improvements
• Assess, Analyse and Augment underlying IT/ Application landscape to achieve TQ performance and improved GRM
