Experienced in operating Cutting machine, polishing machine and the UTM (Universal testing machine) for finding the max break force of laser welded joints and brazed joints of the field tested parts and check if it conforms with the industry standard
Supported transversal activities such as radiator benchmarking, PCB benchmarking, supporting the hardware team with PCB failure analysis like burns, IC damage
Supported screw bench activity to find the maximum torque the screw can withstand before breakage and analysed the data collected to provide tightening torque values and checking residual torque of screws of the field tested parts
Awarded Certificate of Appreciation for Root Cause Analysis for high rejection rate in PCB Mounting using non-lubricated screws
